The staff provided a free shuttle from the airport! The hotel is modern. It is also fully equipped. Rooms are big with some complimentary mini bar products.
The service in the restaurant was slow. It was hard to get attention, and the food was edible, but just barely. I had a bad check out experience! The employee refused to speak English.

the restaurant service was excessively slow staff attention was hard to secure the food was merely edible i experienced a difficult check out the agent declined to communicate in english this posed a challenge when specific needs arose

i found the breakfast fantastic, it had a wide assortment of foods. i noted the room was spacious. i also appreciated the short ride to the airport via the free shuttle bus. nearby were supermarkets and restaurants, only a short walk away. i loved the convenience.
i noticed the rooms lacked good sound insulation, a small issue. during the day and at night, sounds from the hallway and other rooms were audible. it made sleep a bit challenging at times, but nothing too major.

The breakfast featured a wide assortment of foods. It included pastries, fresh fruit, and a selection of hot dishes. the coffee was rich and aromatic. i enjoyed the bright, airy atmosphere of the dining area.

my room offered a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with premium toiletries. the thermostat was easy to control and kept the room at a perfect temperature. i was happy to find a well-stocked minibar.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and found the breakfast great. it had good service with a diversed breakfast buffet. juaquin was great. He checked us in. i thought the blackout drapes worked excellent.
i stayed there mainly to catch the free shuttle to airport, but learned the shuttle takes a break between 10 am to 11:30 am. this seemed a long break. i expected some acknowledgement of my presence when i waited to talk to a staff member.
